Body Mind Intelligence
Professional training in bodymind oriented therapy
70 hrs, 270 hrs (475 hours) or 500 hrs (910 hours)
Each of the three steps in this training is complete in and of itself, and may be undertaken separately.
Introduction
We are at the beginning of a consciousness of non-duality, where body, heart, and consciousness are perceived as one. This new consciousness implies the multi-dimensionality of life, the understanding that all is interdependent. The peace inside and outside, our physical health and consciousness, are all in a profound mutual relationship. We are changing from the role of spectator and victim to the role of co-creator of our health and future.
Meanwhile, we find ourselves, for the most part, still in the mind patterns of duality, of separation and impotence. At the center, resides a missing of intimacy with ourselves, a longing for our inner nature. If we are not in peace with ourselves, in harmony with our life force, we will create, even against our own will, conflict and battles within ourselves and our relationships.
On the individual level, this manifests in "dis-ease", psychosomatic problems, dependency and abuse, physical and psychological tension, or the life just doesn't make sense anymore.
Our pain and the cries of our souls are the manifestations of these conflicts inside of us, where we frequently bombard our problems with medication and abuse. Bombarding our body does not get to the profound root cause(s) of the problem. We stay then, with the illusion of control, which leads us away from a deeper look at ourselves and the possibility of true healing. Today, science has proven that the energetic reality of love, i.e. consciousness, in its many forms, combined with modern bodymind approaches and techniques are the most important factors for healing. It's precisely these understandings and bodymind techniques which are taught here. You will also gain the ability to work efficiently with the problems already mentioned, and many more.
Bodymind oriented therapy combined with bodywork is holistic in the true sense of the word because it is:
- addressing the human being in its totality, as well as, relationships with others and the environment;
- bridging the intelligence of the heart with science - Orient and Occident;
- using precise and highly effective techniques that relieve pain and body tension, such as back aches, menstrual irregularities, as well as, psychosomatic and emotional problems;
- dealing with important issues in our lives: i.e. burn-out, abuse, prevention, relationships and co-dependency;
- permission to develop a (the) sense of sacredness and an openness to spirituality in our lives.
Who should take this training?
Although these courses are primarily aimed at health professionals, they are open to anyone who is interested in:
- improving their physical, mental, psychological and spiritual well-being;
- learning about the disease-preventing possibilities of modern bodymind approaches combined with Chinese medicine and meditation;
